The Red Sox are finished, no one knows which way Tom Brady and the Patriots are headed, and the Bruins have had their hands full with a couple of the worst teams in the NHL.

In these uncertain times, Boston sports fans have never needed the Celtics more.

Who better to help heal our pain than Rasheed Wallace? Sheed, bless his heart, says that the Green can top the 72-10 record set by the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls.

That's a tall order, obviously, but we can dream, can't we?

The Celts had a 29-3 record to start the 07-08 season, and were 27-2 on Christmas Day in 08-09.
