Steve Stricker birdied the last two holes to pull out of the pack and win the Deutsche Bank Championship by one shot Sunday.

Stricker vaulted past Tiger Woods and into the lead in the FedExCup playoff series by shooting a 4-under 67. That gave him a total of 17-under 267, one shot better than Scott Verplank and Jason Dufner.

Tiger Woods had the low round of the final day, a 63 that included eight birdies and an eagle. He finished tied for 11th, his lowest finish this year in an event in which he has played all four rounds.

Barrington's Brett Quigley had a 74 and fell to 71st on the FedExCup standings, making him the odd-man out. Only the top 70 qualify to play in round three in Chicago this week.
