Sean O'Hair and Jim Furyk had their own little battle in the last two days as they played in the Deutsche Bank Championship. They ended up tied with each other _ and ahead of everyone else at the TPC of Boston. Furyk and O'Hair played in the same threesome for the first two rounds and both put together 12-under-par 130 totals. O'Hair got there by shooting a 64 Saturday, Furyk a 67. The third player in the threesome was Retief Goosen. He had a 67 and stands in a tie for third at 132. ``I'm not sure I've ever played in a group where all three guys played so well. We're 34-under,'' Furyk pointed out. Marc Leishman, a rookie from Australia, also is at 132 after a sparking 62. Tiger Woods started slowly but finished with four birdies in his last seven holes for a 67 and 137 total. Barrington's Brett Quigley holed out from 178 yards for eagle on the par-4 12th and shot a 69 for 139. The cut fell at 141 |
