Report: Nets eying deal for Celts' free agent 'Big Baby'

The New York Post's Fred Kerber speculates about a possible three-team deal that would put Celtics' restricted free agent Glen 'Big Baby' Davis in a New Jersey Nets' uniform. Kerber opines that a three-team trade between Boston, Indiana and New Jersey could net Marquis Daniels and an unnamed big man for the Celts.

Seriously, do we really have to trade big baby? I mean, this guy has only played two seasons in the entire NBA, and we can already see what he is capable of doing; yet has not unfold all his talents. The kid can play basketball, he is a hard worker, he loves playing here, believe it or not, big baby can be a very good player in this league that will help teams win championships. He is coachable, he listens and he's always willing to learn new things. On and off the court from his fellow celtics, we see how KG ran off on him during a game,(don't get it twisted though, I love KG, pause) the kid got really emotional and cried right on the bench. Now how many will do such a thing? Not many, big baby is growing fast before our eyes, I really do hope Ainge has some deeps thoughts with the big baby situation.
