By ROBERT LEE BOSTON -- While many of his teammates continue to struggle at the plate, Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia continues to thrive. Pedroia was 1-for-4 with an RBI double on Sunday and is now batting .397 (25-for-63) with eight doubles and 13 runs scored in his last 15 games. He has hit safely in 13 of his last 15 games and eight of them were multi-hit efforts. Pedroia is batting a team-best .359 (28-for-78) in July. |
