After being hammered for declaring that fans who held tickets for Thursday's rain-abbreviated action at the U.S. Open would get no refunds and no exchanges, the USGA said this morning that they would allow Thursday ticket-holders to watch any golf that takes place at Bethpage Black on Monday.

It seems like there certainly will be some action Monday, with golf already having to be made up and the forecast calling for more rain throughout the weekend in the New York region.
