With rain in the forecast for Wednesday night, Interscholastic League officials have moved up the time of the Portsmouth-Cranston West baseball playoff game. The contest will begin at 4:30 p.m. at Pierce Field, 90 minutes earlier than had been planned, said Tom Mezzanotte, the league's executive dirctor. Also, the time of the baseball playoff games on Sunday have been changed. They will be played at 1 and 4 p.m., Mezzanotte said, not 3 and 6 as had been announced. |
