A limited number of tickets to Game Five of the Eastern Conference semifinals -- which we now know will be played sometime on Tuesday -- will go on sale at 11 a.m. Thursday. Fans can purchase tickets at celtics.com, by calling 1-800-4NBA-TIX, or by visiting the box office at TD Banknorth Garden. Fans may purchase up to four tickets each.
