Virginia, Syracuse, Duke and Cornell are heading to Gillette Stadium this weekend for the three-day NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championships.
The Division I semifinals are scheduled for Saturday with third-seeded Duke playing second-seeded Syracuse at noon and top-seeded Virginia facing fifth-seeded Cornell at 2:30.
Cortland and Gettysburg will play for the Division III championship Sunday at noon. C.W. Post and LeMoyne will follow at 3 p.m. for the Division II title.
The winners of the Division I semifinals will meet for the national championship Monday at 1 p.m.
Virginia (15-2) defeated unseeded Villanova, 18-6, in the first round and eighth-seeded Johns Hopkins, 19-8, in the quarterfinals. Hopkins had eliminated Brown, 12-11 in overtime, in the first round.
Syracuse (14-2) beat Siena, 11-4, and Maryland, 11-6, in the first two rounds.
Duke (15-3) got by Navy, 14-5, in the first round and sixth-seeded North Carolina, 12-11, in the quarterfinals.
Cornell (12-3) eliminated Hofstra, 11-8, in the opening round and Ivy League rival Princeton, 6-4, in the quarterfinals.
Tickets are available at ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. Prices for three days range from $80 in the corners and end zone to $125 in Club. Daily tickets start at $33 for Monday in Club and go up as high to $48 for Saturday and Sunday in Club.
Officials are excouraging fans to arrive early. Parking lots will open three hours before the start of the day's first game. Parking is included in the ticket purchase.
A Fan Festival will run for about three hours before the start of each game and for a half hour between games on Saturday and Sunday. Autograph sessions are scheduled for Thursday at 5 p.m. and Friday at 6 p.m. Youth clinics will be held on Friday and Sunday.
