NEW YORK (AP) - Umpires used the first video review of the season to rule that Jorge Posada's drive to right field was a home run in the Yankees' game against the Cleveland Indians.

Posada was pinch hitting Sunday when he sent a fly to right off Jensen Lewis. Trevor Crowe leaped at the wall, but the ball was deflected by a fan and bounced off the top of the wall and back into play.

Crowe ran in to argue as second base umpire Phil Cuzzi signaled home run. Indians manager Eric Wedge came out to dispute the call.

The umpires then convened for several minutes before going to the video room through the visitors' dugout. They returned and summoned both managers to explain the decision.

The two-run homer gave the Yankees a 4-3 lead.
