BOSTON -- Boston guard Rajon Rondo entered tonight's game against Atlanta ranked fifth in franchise history for assists in a single-season with 627. Bob Cousy has the franchise record with 715 assists. Cousy also has the fourth-best mark (642).

Thanks in large part to Rondo, the Celtics are currently ranked fourth in the NBA with an average of 22.63 assists per game.
