Canseco has suspicions about Manny Ramirez and steroids

During an appearance at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Jose Canseco said that he believes there's a "90 percent'' chance that Manny Ramirez's name is on the list of 104 major leaguers who tested positive for steroids in 2003. That's the same list that outed Alex Rodriguez. Canseco offered no proof. Ramirez laughed off Canseco's charge.
