FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The last Red Sox member of Team USA, first baseman Kevin Youkilis, has returned to the Sox' spring-training base here because of what the Sox are describing as "a mild left ankle sprain, as well as mild Achilles tendonitis in his left foot." MRIs taken on both problems were negative. The Sox said Youkilis "will wear a walking boot for the next several days but is not expected to miss significant time." He will not return to Team USA, which will play in the World Baseball Classic semifinals Saturday at Dodger Stadium.
