Mikki Moore continued his whistle-stop tour of the NBA as a member of the Boston Celtics last night, committing four more personal fouls in just 11 minutes of action. Moore scored 2 points and grabbed 1 rebound. After that ugly stat line, Moore now has as many personal fouls as points scored (57) in 15 games with the Celtics, and he has more fouls than rebounds (55).
For the season, including his stints in Boston and Sacramento, Moore is committing 8.1 fouls per 48 minutes, which makes him fifth in the NBA in that category. But if you take just his Celtics stats, Moore is committing a staggering 10.3 fouls per 48 minutes, which would be second to only Indiana rookie Roy Hibbert, who does at least average 6.5 points per game.
