Providence College fell off the NCAA bubble Thursday night, dropping a 97-80 decision at No. 11 Villanova and finishing its Big East season with a 10-8 record.
The Friars, who are 18-12 overall, will no doubt need to win at least two games in the Big East Tournament in New York to have a shot at making the NCAAs.
