Notre Dame took control of the game in the opening minute and never let go, cruising to a 103-84 victory over Providence College Saturday afternoon that keeps the Friars in a downward spiral in the Big East. PC is now 8-7 in the league and 16-11 overall. The Friars have lost five of their last seven Big East games.
