BOSTON -- The Celtics swept the season series against the Spurs last season (2-0). The last time the C's accomplished that elusive feat was during the 1988-89 season. Paul Pierce averaged 28.5 points and 7.0 rebounds in two games against the Spurs last season. Rajon Rondo averaged 12.5 points to go along with 8.5 rebounds and 7.5 assists. Manu Ginobili averaged 26.5 points in the two games while Tim Duncan averaged 16.0 points and 11.0 rebounds.
