ESPN's Michael Smith is reporting that New England Patriots vice president of player personnel Scott Pioli has agreed to lead football operations for the Kansas City Chiefs, ending a successful nine-year tenure in New England. An unnamed team source told Smith that Pioli was seen packing up his belongings in Foxboro.
