With Tuukka Rask on track to play 60 to 65 games in the Providence Bruins goal this season, backup Kevin Regan was sent to Gwinnett of the East Coast League on Thursday, coach Rob Murray said. "We want to get (Regan) playing. Tuukka's gonna get the mother lode here. (Regan) needs to play.'' Regan was 6-4-1 in Providence with a 3.33 goals-against average and a .875 save percentage.
Kevin Nastiuk will be the backup goalie.
