| Celtics-Pacers in-game update: Boston is up, 57-51, at halftime »
BOSTON - High off of the momentum of beating the Los Angeles Lakers last night, Indiana came out strong and led for much of the first quarter, but Ray Allen gave Boston a 28-27 lead with 1:26 remaining with a 3-pointer he hit from the right wing. That was three of his game-high13 first-quarter points. Rajon Rondo, who had to go to the bench in the opening two minutes of the game from an apparent shot to the mouth, has six points and three assists, and Kevin Garnett has five points and five rebounds. Danny Granger (9 points) and Troy Murphy (7 points, 3 rebounds), have been Indiana's go-to guys so far. |
