BOSTON - Boston is pulling away.

The Celtics outscored the Pacers 31-22 in the third quarter and are up, 88-73, heading into the fourth quarter.

It looks like this game is over, but Indiana rallied from a 16-point fourth-quarter deficit to beat the Los Angeles Lakers last night so Boston can't take the fourth quarter off because Indiana isn't likely to pack it in just yet.

Rajon Rondo has already recorded Boston's first triple-double since Ryan Gomes did it on Nov. 8, 2006.

Rondo has 13 points, 12 assists, and 10 rebounds. It is the first triple-double of his career. In addition, Ray Allen has 26 points, Kevin Garnett has 20 points and 11 rebounds, and Kendrick Perkins has 16 points and 10 rebounds.

Danny Granger still leads Indiana with 14 points. He did not score in the third quarter. Marquis Daniels also has 14 points for the Pacers.
