BOSTON -- The Boston Celtics will be without All-Star forward Kevin Garnett tonight when they host the New York Knicks at the TD Banknorth Garden. Garnett is serving a one-game suspension for shoving Milwaukee's Andrew Bogut Saturday night in the fourth quarter of Boston's overtime victory. In the pregame media notes, Leon Powe is listed as tonight's starting forward. Boston went 8-2 with Garnett out of the lineup last season. Powe is averaging 7.1 points and 3.4 rebounds per game this season. |
