Westerly's Andrew Springer, who set a meet and course record at the state cross-country championships while beating his closest competition by 28 seconds, was the clear choice for HSGameTime Athlete of the Week. It was the second time this season that Springer won the award. John Gillooly picked this Friday's Division I football showdown between 5-0 La Salle and 5-1 Barrington as this week's Game of the Week.
