Two members of the 2008 Jamaican Olympic track team received shipments of performance-enhancing drugs through the Internet, Sports Illustrated is reporting today, although the evidence points to receipt and not to actual use of the drugs.
Neither of the athletes -- Delloreen Ennis-London (right) and Adrian Findlay -- actually received a medal in Beijing, although Ennis-London came within .01 seconds of taking a bronze in the 100-meter hurdles.
Although the story does not implicate any medal-winning athletes, it is likely to be followed closely because of the enormous success the Jamaican team enjoyed in Beijing. Stay tuned.
