Providence's Matt Godfrey (16-1-0, 9 KOs) will defend his North American Boxing Federation title against Emmanuel Nwodo (22-4-0, 18KOs) in an ESPN2 main event at the Mohegan Sun Arena on Aug. 29. Godfrey won the title on April 6, 2007 at Mohegan Sun with a second round TKO over Felix Cora, Jr. This will be his second title defense.
