Good morning. It was a disheartening end to a generally successful road trip for the Red Sox, with the Yankees picking up a stunning come-from-behind victory and the Sox announcing that Josh Beckett won't pitch tonight after all. Joe McDonald analyzes the game and Sean McAdam discusses the implications of Beckett's mysterious ailment. Meanwhile, the Patriots wrap up a dismal preseason with a generally lackluster effort at Giants Stadium -- although backup quarterback Kevin O'Connell gave Pats fans something to cheer about late, if they were still watching.
