Patriots fans hoping to see the Patriots practice Friday had best change their plans. The players will be off Friday. The Pats will practice once both Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 to 4:40. But Saturday's practice will be closed to the public because of the Bruce Springsteen concert at Gillette Stadium. The team will practice twice Monday but only the morning workout (8:45-10:30) is open to the public. The Pats open the preseason next Thursday at home against Baltimore.
