Quakers down Middletown for D2 softball crown
Last year, Moses Brown gave itself a chance to win its first softball state championship and fell short. This year, the Quakers gave themselves another shot and they got it, as the II-North champions defeated Middletown, 4-1, in the title game of the Amica Insurance Rhode Island Interscholastic League Division II Softball Championship today at Rhode Island College.
