BY KEVIN McNAMARA BOSTON -- They've just introduced the starting lineups. With typical 2008 flash-and-dash, of course. With a giant, inflatable NBA championship trophy stationed along the baseline next to the Celtics' bench the entire roster of both teams was introduced to the cheering crowd. Fireworks blasted near midcourt. When the Lakers were called out, it was kind of cool to hear, "At forward, from Rhode Island, Lamar Odom." After the lineups were finished and the lights came back on, the players returned to the floor not for the opening tip but more practice shots. TV wasn't ready. Tip time was 9:06 p.m.
