The Boston Herald is reporting that the Celtics have finalized terms of their trade with the Minnesota Timberwolves for Kevin Garnett. According to The Herald, the Celtics will send Al Jefferson, Ryan Gomes, Sebastian Telfair, Theo Ratliff, Gerald Green and two first-round draft picks.
