The Boston Celtics are honoring Dennis Johnson during tonight's game against the New York Knicks.
Johnson, who died Feb. 22 at 52 years old after collapsing after practice with the NBDL's Austin Toros, spent the final seven seasons of his 14-year career with the Celtics, winning two championships. DJ was named MVP of the 1979 finals series.
The first 5,000 fans at the game tonight will receive a special pin honoring DJ, and video highlights of his stellar career will be shown during the game.
